Came for car service and they were fantastic! They were quick and accommodating (I was worried I wouldn't be able to pick it up in time due to it snowing but they offered many options).

We left a message for Tony before we came in explaining our situation. Long story short, our car was totaled and we were tight on cash. He listened, picked two cars that could work within our budget, and still had most of the bells and whistles my wife wanted. We fell in love with one, he massaged some numbers, and we drove out with a new Elantra. We couldn't be happier. Happy Hyundai is our Happy Place.

OKAY, it’s about time I left a 5-star review for my new 2024 Tuscan Hybrid! The backstory: It was the middle of summer and I happily driving my Hyundai Elantra when suddenly I was rear ended. To my dismay, and another parties ignorance, my car was totaled just like that. Immediately and with limited time I was on the hunt for a vehicle. I knew I wanted something new and hybrid, but I was clueless about today’s car market. What cars are reliable? What types of hybrids are there? Does an SUV or a car make more sense for the vehicles purpose? After a few late nights of research I found myself attracted to the new body style of the hybrid SUVs from Hyundai. Particularly, the Tuscan really caught my eye. I like the sporty look with some great engine/battery specs that made the vehicle hard not to check out. With a car in mind I headed to Happy Hyundai in Libertyville to explore my options. Scott Medina greeted me right at the door and helped me right away. He explained the differences between the Tuscan models and offered a test ride in my choice model. I was in heaven! The SUV drove extremely smooth with absolutely no issues. As a techy I was very impressed with all the digital options, from hybrid sound features like “quiet mode” to automatic lane adjustment and driver awareness warnings. I knew this was the vehicle for me. Overall the vehicle sold itself, but Scott’s easy-going demeanor and knowledge on the Tuscan sealed the deal for me. It was a pleasant experience and I am so glad to have my 2024 Tuscan Hybrid. Thanks again, Happy Hyundai!

Worked with King and had the best experience of any car I’ve ever purchased. Very thorough and detailed. Gave me many options and broke down all the features in a way that was not overbearing or overwhelming. The rest of the staff chipped in and the Manager, Manny was flexible with me trying to keep things in my personal ballpark.
