This place went above and beyond for me. My brother worked as a salesmen for dealerships and he passed away so I came here and Luis Diaz was as my salesman. He was so nice and so helpful. My credit got messed up by other people but he found away. And the lady who I signed all my paperwork with omg I believe her name is Clara if I am wrong I am so sorry. Anyways, she was so awesome. Their software was down but let me tell you she had to type everything out and she was fast and she was like a therapist for me. She was able to do her job and listen to me most people act like they care but she really did. I will be back there soon to get my son a new car. Love the place. Thank you Luis Diaz.

TLDR: If you're shopping around for a new car (especially in this market) consider purchasing with Happy Hyundai. I highly recommend working with Luis to help you with your car purchase. Not once did I feel pressured into purchasing. He was very attentive and patient--he did a great job of answering all my questions and ensuring I left with a model that worked for my needs as a busy commuter. The rest of the staff were super kind and helpful in closing my purchase experience as well. I went in for recalls on my car (2019 Elantra) and long story short...left Happy Hyundai with a thoughtful purchase of a 2024 Hyundai Elantra. I bought it new back in 2019 and it lived with me in the OL area, West Central IL and even Chicago, racking up around 130,500 miles. If you're like me, you might've been victim to issues with your car due to increased theft in the state. Of course, I was hesitant to repurchase but my mind quickly changed after speaking with Luis. I spoke with a young gentleman who invited me to chat with Luis and get a better picture of what options I had. All that said, not only were they able to provide me a significantly better APR, but also allowed me to trade-in my car and even offered an additional rebate. Hyundai (the corporation, not this dealership specifically) has made up for what lacked in my previous model with a new warranty that's hard to beat in comparison to other dealerships/brands. The additionally perks such as the KARR security system and BlueLink didn't hurt either. Lastly, it cost me less to purchase a new vehicle (at sticker price) than what it costs these days to buy used models, or what it would've cost to keep mine due to costs like insurance. For example, I had gone car shopping with my youngest sibling the week before... the places we shopped around at wanted between $36k-$46k for a used Honda/Toyota. If that's not enough to convince you--upgrading my vehicle brought my insurance down approximately $150 dollars (as they kept raising it due to theft issues with older model). Consider checking out Happy Hyundai for your car needs! I'm glad I ended up upgrading and enjoyed my experience with them. Thanks HH!
