I just wanted to send a note and tell you how wonderful your service department is. I woke up this morning to a problem with my car and after calling another dealership who couldn't fit me in, I was happy to hear that although your service department was full with appointments, they would be willing to take a look at my car while I waited. When I arrived Katie had me pull my car in right away and within an hour and a half I was on my way home with a new sensor in my car. I just wanted you to know that Katie and the rest of your staff were very friendly and helpful.

The day we purchased my 2009 Hyundai Elantra we were there to have work done on my fiance's 2007 Hyundai Veracruz. The guys in the service department have always been amazing and have taken great care of our vehicle. We finally needed new brakes after 50,000 miles. When we were told how long it would be, they immediately gave us a loaner vehicle. When we decided to purchase another Hyundai rather than trading in the one we had, the sales staff was amazing. Ray took us out to look at the cars and provided us with all of the information we needed with out being pushy. There was no salesman standing over our shoulders the whole time. Ray provided us with great service during all of the endless paperwork and offered us everything we were looking for. The finance department spelled everything out for us. I know less about financing than I do about cars and the guys were great. All in all, we walked out of Happy Hyundai with the car we wanted and the price was right. From the moment we stepped foot through the door, I never once felt like I was in a car dealership. Thanks again for your professionalism, care, courtesy, and service!
