Frank Psyhogios
General Manager
Frank has been involved in the automotive industry for the 20 years. As General Manager he brings us the a diffrent type of customer service. He comes from the #1 volume Hyundai dealership in the midwest. Frank was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. He is of Greek descent and is fluent in the Greek language. Frank is available everyday to meet and exceed customers expectations.
Paul Opyd
General Sales Manager
Paul has been involved in the automotive industry in both sales and management for the past 10 years. As the General Sales manager, he brings a wealth of knowledge and resources to Happy Hyundai. Prior to his automotive career, Paul was enlisted in the United States Army and stationed in Fort Meyers, Virginia. When not assisting customers, Paul enjoys nature, and frequently visits some of the Illinois state parks on the weekends. "I love to watch the deer feed, and the squirrels play." When driving his Hyundai Santa Fe, Paul enjoys listening to music on the XM/Satellite Radio, a standard feature on all Santa Fe's.
Victor Przybyla
Sales Manager
Victor Przybyla has been involved in the automotive business for 15 years and he has been with Hyundai for the past 10 years. He loves all Hyundai vehicles. He was born in Zgorzelec, Poland and came to the US when he was 12 years old. He enjoys all outdoor acitvites during the summers and winters. Victor is new to Happy Hyundai and very Happy to be here.
Kareem Aboor
Sales Executive
Kareem has been a Hyundai Sales Consultant for 10 years and truly enjoys helping people with there transportation needs. He is a native of Marquette Park and a graduate of Richards High School. Kareem spends his free time working with the local organizations to better the community. Kareem is also bi-lingual and speaks Arabic fluently.
Cathy Jansma
Sales Executive
Cathy has worked at Saturn of Oak Lawn for nearly 16 yrs. Two of those years were spent working in service, and the past 14 years were spent working in sales where she has earned a great reputation with over a thousand customers who describe her as reliable, honest, pleasant.... the list goes on! Cathy is married and a proud mother of 3 grown children. When she is not at the dealership assisting her customers Cathy enjoys running and exercising.She had just completed Chicago's Memorial Weekend Marathon. However, what Cathy enjoys most, is spending time with her granddaughters.
Ken Laing
Sales Executive
Ken Laing has been in the automotive industry for 7 years and with Hyundai for the past 4 years. He was born and raised in the Bahamas. Previously, he sold real estate and worked in Hotel Management. Ken's personal motto is to "think outside of the box", and to "persevere". Ken applies these beliefs when assisting credit challenged customers. Even though the winters are severe, Ken enjoys driving around Chicago in the 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. "The Limited Edition Package has a sense of sophistication while handling the snowy Chicago roads with ease". Regardless of your credit situation, Ken Laing will apply his creativity and resourcefulness to get you the best deal.
Ruben Tirado

Ruben was born and raised in Joliet. He graduated from Joliet West High School in 1998. He has been with Hyundai for 5 years and truly believes in both the product and the company. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as producing and writing music. His pride and joy are his 10yr old daughter.

Dave has lived and worked in the Chicagoland area for the past 11 years. He brings a great deal of customer experience and product knowledge to the team. Dave's favorite Hyundai is the Santa Fe. He has family and friends that own them and simply believe they are an outstanding product and value. Dave would love to assist you with any of your automotive needs.
Isabel Wroda

Isabel Wroda has been in the automotive sales business for over 10 years. She is also fluent in spanish. She is a newly wed and a proud mother of 2 sons and a step-son as well as a proud grandmother of 4 wonderful grandchildren. during her free time she likes to work out at the gym as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Delivery Coordinator
Katherine also known as "Kasia" brings a smile to every customer she encounters. She enjoys helping people with their Happy Hyundai experience. Katherine is fluent in Polish. Fred Redeaux

I always say "I,ve been selling cars for too long". About 25 years to be exact. I have been with Hyundai before it was Consumer's REport, J.A. Powers, Consumer's Guide (reconized) us as the great production that we are; about ten years ago. I grew up on the South-side of Chicago. I went to St. Ambrose grammer school and De La Salle Institute before going away to college. I absolutely love introducing people to the Hyundai products.

Randy Baudek is the Business Manager at Happy Hyundai. Randy has been in the automotive industry for the past 16 years in both sales & finance. "I understand that the car buying process can be stressful, and I want to make it as easy as possible." In his free time Randy enjoys boating, baseball and cars.

Tom Kuchynka
Service & Parts Manager
Tom Kuchynka has been in the automotive service business for over 25 years. When he is not handling customer concerns, Tom enjoys cooking for family, friends, and even Happy Hyundai employees. During the summertime, Tom has been known to host cookouts for the entire Service and Parts Departments. In addition, Tom is a huge fan of the outdoors. He loves to hunt, fish and spend time with his wife and 2 sons. See Tom for all your service needs.
Katie Sylvester
Service Advisor
Katie has been in the Automotive Industry for 18 years and has been with Hyundai for the past 5 years. Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She loves being outdoors, whether it is doing yard work or grilling burgers with her family. Katie's knowledge and dedication to customer service makes her a valuable asset to the Happy Hyundai service team.
Bill Gibbs

Bill Gibbs has been a service advisor for 7 years. He is new to the Happy Hyundai community. During the Chicago winters he enjoys to snowboard and during his free time he enjoys nature.
Gene McNamara
Technician
Gene McNamara brings over 30 years experience to the Happy Hyundai Service Department. As a Platinum Certified Technician, Gene admires the all around utility of the Hyundai Santa Fe. When not turning wrenches, Gene likes to go camping and ride his motorcycle.
Mike Kliuszewski
Technician
Mike has been with the Hyundai as a tech for the past 10 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the service department and can work on just about anything. Mike earned his degree at Triton College and is Silver Certified with Hyundai Mechanical Operations. When not repairing vehicles, Mike can be found at US Cellular field watching the White Sox.
Phil Digweed
Technician
Phil Digweed is a Gold Certified Hyundai Technician with mechanical experience in over 8 different automotive brands. Phil has a natural passion for cars. When not at work, Phil likes to watch NASCAR and collect automotive die cast cars. One of Phil's favorite Hyundai's is the Genesis. "It is an engineering marvel, and I think it blows you away when you hit the gas."

Doug is Platinum Certified Technician with Hyunda. He enjoys reconditioning pre-owned vehicles. According to Doug, Hyundai is one of the more resilient brands; it takes a beating in this city climate, and continues to deliver consistent results.
Justin Banasiak

Justin Banasiak has been a certified technician for the past 6 years. He is new to the Happy Hyundai community. Ever since Justin was a teenager he enjoyed working on cars. Justin likes to relax in his spare time and just enjoy the moment.
Mike Cess

Mike is a Platinum Certified Technician with 9 years of Hyundai experience. Prior to joining Hyundai, Mike worked as an IT Consultant. With a high aptitude for problem solving, Mike works quickly to get cars back on the road. As part of the Pre-Owned Certification Process, Mike enjoys road testing the Hyundai Azera. "Its one of the quieter rides out there."

Wade "Wait til next year" McManhon has been a member of the Hyundai community for over 5 years. When visiting the service center, look for Wade wearing his Cubs cap, as he is a big fan of the Chicago Cubs. In his spare time, Wade likes to race cars and spend time with his son. When Wade is on company business, he prefers the great handling of the all new 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe.
