I had engine problems with my 2011 sonata. Vince was such a great help. He was able to fix it and it was free. He kept me in the loop of how long it would take before my car would ready. Carlito was honest enough to notify me that the car I was interested in, even though it is still listed in their website, is "basically sold-out" since people have already put down payments on them. If only other salespersons were that remarkable, there won't be so many bad reviews about them because it is a waste of time just to travel miles going to the dealership only to deal with unscrupulous salesmen. He promised that he will give me updates.
